  First Annual Kickin' Bass Run RelayRace #1 Saturday, January 8, 2011 (pre-register by 12/11/2010) Race #2 Sunday, February 27, 2011 (pre-register by 1/15/2011) We are holding 2 run relays this year. Each team has 6 persons who will run a 5-mile loop each at Castaic Lake in Castaic, CA (Lower Lagoon). Click here for more info. Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament Begins January 8th, 2011 The L.A. County Lake Lifeguards are hosting a Texas Hold’em Tournament series to raise money for this years Baker 2 Vegas Run. This year a portion of the money will go to local charity organization “Help the Children,” a food bank that specializes in helping families with children that are unable to provide food for their loved ones. During this tough economic time people need all the help they can get and this poker series can be your way to give back by having a good time and supporting a great cause.
